MINUTE REPEATER

Our Water Resistant Repeater Complication

IRISH MINUTE REPEATER

The "Ceol" features a minute repeater mechanism. All the bridges (apart from the balance bridge) have been hand-engraved in one of our distinctive Celtic designs.

This timepiece has been designed in the spirit of the classical minute repeaters. The hand-made enamel dial is complemented by the polished blue steel hands with hand-bevelled white gold tips.

BALANCE

As with our Tuscar, we have incorporated our signature balance into the Ceol. The balance bridge is painstakingly hand-finished focusing the eye on the heart of the movement.

HAND-ENGRAVING

Once again our sister, the artist Frances McGonigle, has collaborated with us to create a design for the hand-engraved bridges. This hand-engraving has been done in relief, a much more complicated and time consuming form of engraving.

Origin of Name

CEOL

"Ceol" the Irish for music, a fitting name for a piece that can "sing" out the time on command.
